These are daily doodles drawn on the reverse of last year’s calendar. Clipped-together in unsequenced book form, they are drawn using pens, pencils, felt pens and Tippex. They also include rubber stamps that I cut for a different project.
These doodles formed the basis of a collaboration between myself and contemporary American poet Jessy Randall. Jessy provided the words that gave new life to the meanings inherent within the drawings. These were submitted for publication to the Seneca Review.
